One place to run the operation
Caravan Management is being shaped around the information and decisions owners make before, during and after every stay. Features will be released in controlled stages and tested with external owners before wider availability.
Units and owner organisations
Set up one or more static caravans or lodges, connect them to the correct holiday park, and give each authorised person only the access they need.
Availability and seasons
Maintain owner blocks, operating dates, pricing seasons, arrival rules, minimum stays and external calendar connections from an authoritative source.
Operational bookings
Keep the fulfilment record for confirmed bookings, including the guest details, messages and check-in information needed by the operating team.
Cleaning and readiness
Coordinate changeovers, cleaner access and readiness status while keeping manual staffing decisions with the responsible team.
Owner finances
Prepare for transparent statements, fees, deductions, scheduled payments and a durable audit history.
Controlled publishing
Review listing source information before it is approved to pass to KMH. A unit will never become public merely because it exists in Caravan Management.
Access designed around responsibility
Future permissions are intended for owners, organisation administrators, authorised staff, cleaners and management partners. Cleaner access should reveal only what is necessary to complete assigned work; access to financial or unrelated guest information should never be implied.
