Who this notice covers
This notice covers the public Caravan Management website and its owner, cleaner, operator and partner waitlist. It does not cover KMH Caravan Holidays, guest checkout or guest payments.

Information we collect
If you join the waitlist, we may collect your name, email address, role, organisation, holiday park, nearest town, park postcode, county or region, number of units, current booking channels, current management arrangement, package and KMH-advertising interests, operational problems, priority features and early-testing preference.
We also keep confirmation status, consent choices, security/audit timestamps and opaque identifiers needed to let you manage your preferences. Confirmation and preference tokens are stored as one-way hashes.
Why we use it
- To confirm and manage your waitlist registration
- To analyse product demand and prioritise development
- To identify potential rollout areas and operating coverage
- To send development information you have requested
- To keep the waitlist secure and respect opt-out choices
Park information is used for internal analysis, future unit mapping and rollout planning. It is not used to create public park archive pages on Caravan Management.
Lawful basis and consent
We use your requested waitlist registration and our legitimate interest in planning and securing the service. Where consent is required for optional updates, you can withdraw it through the preference link in our emails.
Sharing and international transfers
We use appropriately contracted service providers where needed to host the site or deliver requested emails. Joining this waitlist does not send your information to KMH or create a KMH listing. We do not sell waitlist information.
Retention and your rights
Unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 7 days. Completed or failed transactional-mail queue records are deleted after 30 days, and security audit events are deleted after 365 days. Confirmed waitlist details remain until you withdraw and delete the registration, or until they are no longer needed for the stated purpose, subject to legal requirements.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or withdraw consent. You can update your details, stop optional development updates, or withdraw and delete the registration through your private manage-preferences link. You can also contact waitlist@caravanmanagement.co.uk. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
