Current stage: foundation and discovery
The public owner website, private waitlist analysis and a disabled management-side integration foundation are being prepared first. The purpose is to establish product boundaries and learn where owner and operator demand is strongest.
Stage 01
Listen and map demand
Collect confirmed interest from owners, cleaners, park operators and potential partners. Identify priority features and regional clusters.
Stage 02
Controlled owner testing
Introduce the Self-Managed package to a limited group only after its core operational controls are ready.
Stage 03
Documented KMH API
Design and authorise the KMH side separately, then test signed versioned contracts between isolated environments.
Stage 04
Measured rollout
Expand by park and region only where support, safety, monitoring and rollback arrangements have been verified.
How updates will be described
Planned work, work in development, controlled tests and generally available features will be labelled separately. A concept appearing on this website does not mean it is already released.
