What is Caravan Management?
It is an owner-facing operational platform being developed for privately owned static caravans and lodges. Planned areas include availability, pricing, operational bookings, guest fulfilment, cleaning, staff access and owner finances.
Can guests search for or book accommodation here?
No. Caravan Management is not a guest marketplace. Public accommodation discovery, listing presentation, checkout and payment belong on KMH Caravan Holidays where an owner chooses KMH advertising.
Are Caravan Management and KMH the same system?
No. They are separate WordPress installations, databases, repositories and security boundaries. A future secure API will exchange only authorised, versioned information.
Does joining the waitlist create a KMH listing?
No. Joining records your interest in the management platform. KMH publication would require a separate deliberate workflow, verification, review and a successful future API response.
What are the three proposed service levels?
Advertise Only supports approved information for a public KMH listing while the owner runs operations. Self-Managed adds operational tools for the owner. Fully Managed may provide an authorised local team where reliable coverage exists.
When will the platform be available?
The platform is under development. Self-Managed is intended to be the first package offered to a controlled group of external owners. Dates will only be shared when the relevant stage is ready and verified.
What does nationwide rollout mean?
It means supporting owners and operating teams at parks across the United Kingdom. It does not mean creating a public national holiday-park directory on this website.
Can cleaners and local management businesses register?
Yes. Their interest helps identify where reliable changeover and operational coverage might be available. Registration is not a promise of work or appointment.
How will double bookings be prevented?
The future integration must check authoritative availability and establish a temporary reservation hold, or another safe control, before KMH completes guest payment. Stale copied availability alone will not be treated as sufficient.
Will my WordPress account be shared with KMH?
No. Sessions, salts, account IDs and credentials will not be shared. Cross-system records will use independent UUIDs and explicit mappings.
